Shipping & Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items that the shipping entity's tracking shows as DELIVERED.

IF:

They were addressed correctly.

We directly copy / cut and paste the shipping address as you entered it when you placed the order. So there is little margin of error.

To verify this we can reprint the exact copy of the shipping label that was affixed to the box for verification.

And

if the shipment tracking logs show a clear log of the packages movements leading to your address showing the item as "DELIVERED" to the address as entered.

 

If you feel that you live in an unsafe area and there is a chance your packages will be stolen,

we suggest you have them shipped to a more secure address.

(Maybe your daily work address? Or friend or relative's home that would be at home to receive and sign* for a package.)

*You may request in the "Order Notes" when you check out that you want a "Signature" upon delivery. (for US Postal Shipments)

OR

Hold at FedEX location for the FedEX ground shipments.

IMPORTANT:

We reserve the right to Charge a 30% RESTOCKING FEE on any order where the Customer ordered the wrong item and then is returning it.
We reserve the right to Charge a 30% RESTOCKING FEE at our discretion on any order where the Customer cancelled an order after the item(s) have been already packed and postage paid to ship.
We sell many different kinds fragile items that need proper packing.
And we take great care, time and expense to pack all these orders, thus resulting in a much higher than average cost in labor and materials to pack and ship these fragile items. (Ie. lighting equipment, electronics, light fixtures and glass bulbs.) Also, in the case of cancelling an order that has already been shipped, the extra time and effort involved in cancelling pre-paid postage and then securing a refund from the shipper after we have have purchased postage is taken into consideration.

We take ALL forms of payment, All Credit Cards known to man, E-Check, etc.

Returns Policy:

You may return most new, unopened / unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
