We take ALL forms of payment, All Credit Cards known to man, E-Check, etc.

Not just PayPal. PayPal is our PAYMENT PROCESSOR.

So simply click on the PayPal Payment Processing link at checkout to enter WHATEVER YOU WANT TO USE FOR PAYMENT.

PLEASE NOTE:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items that the shipping entity's tracking shows as DELIVERED if they were addressed correctly.

We directly copy / cut and paste the shipping address as you entered it when you placed the order.

So there is not a margin of error on our end.

If you feel that you live in an unsafe area and there is a chance your packages will be stolen,

we suggest you have them shipped to a more secure address.

(Maybe your daily work address? Or friend or relative's home that would be at home to receive and sign* for a package.)

*You may request in the "Order Notes" when you check out that you want a "Signature" upon delivery. (for US Postal Shipments)

Hold at FedEX location or UPS Location for the FedEX ground shipments.

Returns Policy:

You may return most new, unopened / unused items within 30 days of delivery.

We'll will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If it was not a result of any error on our end, then the shipping fees to return an item are the customers responsibility.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

We charge a 30% RESTOCKING FEE on returns. This is because we sell many different kinds fragile items that need proper packing. And we take great care, time and expense to pack all these orders, thus resulting in a much higher than average cost in labor, time and materials to pack and ship these fragile items. (Ie. lighting equipment, electronics, light fixtures and glass bulbs.)

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of us receiving it back. The refund is returned to you on the same method that you used to pay with initially.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
