The Arcadia Reptile Deep Heat Projector utilizes efficient technology to emit natural and deep penetrating ‘Infra-Red-A’ and ‘Infra-Red-B’ rays that promote health and wellness in your animal.
Reptiles require heat to become energized and properly digest their food. The Deep Heat Projector mimics the rays your reptiles receive in the wild and will stimulate activity in your animal without disrupting night time cycles.
The Deep Heat Projector is complete with an internal reflector, meaning less heat is wasted and the device heats up faster. Recommended use with dimming thermostat to monitor temperature gradients. It is designed to penetrate muscle rather than give off as much heat at typical heat bulbs. Because of its wavelength IRA and some IRB penetrates subcutaneous tissue and the dermis in ways that normal light does not. Heat then moves through conduction to the rest of the material. It gets radiated out as IRC or loses its heat through convection.

Deep heat for beardie

I recently bought a ubv bulb from light your reptiles because they are site sponsors for the chameleon forums. Well once I saw how carefully they packaged that I ordered this deep heat light for my bearded dragon to add some extra heat to his enclsoure. I haven’t used it yet but I just wanted to say that the care they take into packing their lights is while I will continue to use them.

This deep heat projector is perfect for my beardie! It helps give her a boost of heat in the morning to get her very active for the day, and helps keep her enclosure warm enough at night when the temps really drop outside. Highly recommended.

Just what I wanted and needed for my bioactive leopard gecko tank! I tested it out with a regular thermostat, it did great! But I've read that keeping them on those isn't good for the life of the bulbs so I purchased a habistat dimmer from Amazon UK to pair with it. I can't wait to get it all set up

I am using this for my leopard gecko as her heat mat was cutting it. This is a big improvement and she loves it.

Our little leopard gecko loves this product so much. He spends lots of his time on his favorite Rock splooting!!!! We especially love the fact that it gives his night time heat with no annoying light. Thank you your product is deeeeply appreciated.

I am getting a new baby Leopard Gecko soon and I this DHP is the best investment I have made. Heat will never be a problem with this item, it is very efficient and an overall great product.

I use this for my indonesian bluey. He used to have a che, but only basked in it sometimes. It's been a few days of using this and I see him out and about basking a lot more. Aside from that, the concentrated heat is making it easier for me to regulate the temps better inside his pvc cage . Fantastic product and it shipped out fast!

My leo wouldn't really leave his warm hid with a heat mat but within 30 minutes of turning it one he was already exploring a little more. And i've found him basking under it. I have medium low exo terra and it's 12 inches in height and it keeps his heat side around 85-96.

I had a heating pad for my leo and he wouldn't really come out of of his warm hide a lot so I decided to buy this and with in 30min of turning it on he was already out and about. And is sleeping next to the warm hide under the deep heat projector. 100% worth the money!
